Four-time Talladega winner and NASCAR Hall of Famer Darrell Waltrip (left) announces Graybar’s partnership with the International Speedway Corporation’s Transformation project to update the Talladega Superspeedway in Talladega, Alabama.

Graybar was recently named the presenting sponsor of the Infield Transformation at Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama.

This $50 million project is expected to be completed in fall 2019. Graybar is providing a host of materials and services to Talladega including switchgear, wire, stadium lighting and electrical components.

The project includes a new Turn 3 Oversized Vehicle Tunnel as well as the Finish Line Premium RV area. Fans will also have access to a one-of-a-kind Talladega Garage Experience (140,000 square foot of social and engagement areas), a 35,000-square-foot covered Open Air Club, a new Gatorade Victory Lane, a Pit Road Club and other amenities.

This sponsorship is a continuation of Graybar’s relationship with International Speedway Corporation (ISC) after the two companies worked together to upgrade Martinsville Raceway in 2017 and Daytona International Speedway (Daytona Rising) in 2016.
