Meet John, a Manager of Comm/Data Business in Nashville, Tennessee.  

Every day is different for John. His responsibilities include managing and coaching his team, meeting with customers and growing Graybar’s comm/data business in middle and eastern Tennessee. 

John started with Graybar in 2011 as a Sales Trainee in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2012, he moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where he served in various roles, including outside sales and account management. He has been in his current role since 2020.  

As a lifelong athlete, John brings an ambitious and competitive spirit to Graybar. He thrives on fostering a collaborative workplace culture that gives everyone the opportunity to succeed.  

“My primary goal is to drive profitable growth back to my branches,” John said. “The easiest way to do that is to empower my team. When they believe in themselves and in everything Graybar can do for our customers, success will naturally follow.”
