Since joining Graybar in 2011, Jessica has gone above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, which sometimes requires out-of-the-box thinking.

Two years ago, Jessica and her team implemented a fully stocked Graybar location inside a customer’s prefabrication facility. The customer found that this on-site solution led to measurable improvements in productivity. It was so successful that Jessica’s team expanded the service to support other projects at the customer’s facility.

“The service solution solidified our relationship with the customer and reinforced their confidence in our ability to meet their needs, no matter how unique the request,” Jessica said.

For others looking to go the extra mile for their customers, Jessica has some advice: “Have a candid conversation to identify what may be limiting progress, and then collaboratively find a solution to help the customer move forward. It’s all about listening and then identifying more efficient ways to do business.”
