In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, the St. Louis chapter of Women Influencing Graybar’s Success (WINGS) hosted a virtual event in which a panel of accomplished women at Graybar shared their advice for building a successful career.  

The panel was moderated by Senior Project Leader Keica Smart, and the panelists included Director, Strategic Communications Carrie Johnson, a founding member of WINGS, Vice President, Field Operations and Administration Rose McDaniel and Manager, Comm/Data Business Holly Ruser. 

WINGS was founded in 2008, and since that time, it has expanded to more than 12 local chapters across Graybar. Each chapter hosts events throughout the year, some of which include networking, professional development and community outreach. The company also hosts national WINGS events.
